Why Bret would do that I won’t type here and would like to RP out with you in a meeting for organizing such a militia group. Around the pub is a good area, personally I like the nature/towns there and it’s close to Jefrey’s farm as well. I have other ideas that I won’t type OOC though so looking forward to meet up, preferably with some other volunteers.
However imho it’s up to the user in some forums – if he/she feels like making a serious IC announcement is too much work when in text (forums, chats in other games) then you can use the IC lite version. Like here. However it’s of course more fun with IC than IC lite, but if someone wants to be IC lite then they should be allowed to.

IMHO: No but if you have it they have to have some kind of side story to them, not just PVP one side against the other for no reason. When the community grows and get clearer groups like they have in DayzRP.com then you can have conflicts and story related PVP events.
